Featuring a keynote from Chris Voss, author of “Never Split The Difference,” the 2020 Summit will provide you with an opportunity to speak in person with your target audience.
Over 500 gym owners, fitness entrepreneurs and coaches will attend the Summit this year. This audience has been carefully curated, and their trust in Two-Brain is enormous. We don’t invite everyone to set up a booth at the Summit because the trust of our audience is our top priority. But if we’ve invited you to set up a booth, it means we fully trust you, and that trust will be rewarded.
Now, on to the details:
You’ll get space and power at the Summit, along with only the most trusted providers for our audience.
You can include a little present to attendees in our Gift Bag.
You’ll also get to collaborate with other Summit vendors in our private Facebook group after signing up.
Here’s the legal stuff (we will send this to you in writing on purchase). By purchasing this product, you agree to the following:
To maintain “Vendor” status, a business must:
- Pay $5,000 to hold your place (limit 30 booths)
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase to reserve your booth and is non refundable.
The Company specifically reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if you violate any of the terms outlined herein, including but not limited to, violating the intellectual property rights of the Company or a third party, failing to comply with applicable laws or other legal obligations, and/or publishing or distributing material that is illegal.
Vendors will have a table set up at the hotel at the cost of the Company (includes a table, electricity, and wi-fi). Vendors are responsible for erecting their own displays and are responsible for any additional costs required to set up the display. Booth setup must be in compliance with the health and safety and hotel regulations for exhibitors. A copy of hotel regulations will be provided to you a month in advance of the Summit.
Vendor is solely responsible to obtain insurance coverage on property brought to the booth and assumes full responsibility for their property. The Company accepts no liability for lost, stolen or damaged property of any Vendors.
Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from all claims, losses, expenses, fees and costs and judgements that may be asserted against the Company that result from the acts or omission of the Vendor. The Company shall be solely responsible for ensuring all applicable laws are followed and complied with in selling and presenting the company’s products and services at the Summit.
